Vera Cortez Hill Cortez Hill Parking Policy

$125 / month

For Residents

For Residents. Every apartment receives one parking spot included with their rent. Residents can get additional parking for a monthly fee, but additional parking spaces are limited by availability.

For Future Residents

For Future Residents. Future residents can park in the green 30 minute free parking zone located outside of the Leasing Center. Please turn your tires toward the curb as the parking is on a hill. The city will ticket for not turning tires. If there are no open spots available, please park at the meters across the street and be prepared to pay with quarters.

For Guests

For Guests. Residents may request a guest parking pass to allow a guest to park in our gated, lower parking garage. Ample street and neighborhood parking is also available along the perimeter of our community.
